This is a life size (23 meter L x 6 m. high) brontosaurus I made in Texas. A city-commissioned hotel tax project designed as a toursit attraction. I welded its steel I-beam frame, sprayed it with urethane, carved the urethane, and fiberglassed the surface. One-man project, 4 months. It has animated eyes and mouth. Incidentally, I am married to a Romanian, have lived in Bucuresti 2 years now, and would like to build some dinosaurs for a city or State Park. Please let me know if you are interested. Electrokinetic Sculpture: ** "Mechanikurz" , a bimorphic automobile engine half human, half machine. Latex heart pumps red alcohol to the "human heads" once per second, and "starts" the ceramic engine.

Yet, even here, looms overhead** One of my favorite art statements. Having personally seen and smelled, in this day and age, people still heaped in large dumpsite burials, by the "Ethnic Cleansing" Serbs, I felt prompted to make this sculpture as my entry for the World Day of The Dead Exhibition. It is carved polysulfide with human teeth and rubber skin, weighs 4 pounds (2 kilos) and was suspended by invisible monofilament so it hovered over all who entered the show. At least those who saw it will know vividly, what happened 55 years ago, and still, yet, "looms over Kosovo" today. The Serb government seems to have spent the entire 20th century starting wars and murdering innocents. I have done my best to remove the politics from my pages at my friends' pleadings, but Genocide is unacceptable, uncivilized, and criminal. The religion of ethnic groups is not a justifiable excuse for extermination. Demographics is not "adjustable" by gun anymore. That is equally true for both Serbians and the KLA. These problems must be resolved in a civilized way, not like "cowboys or cavemen". Otherwise, the Christian-Islam conflict is perpetuated. History proves such atrocity is a "contagious" disease. Romania shares a border with them. They have dragged Romania into their conflicts before, and then all of Europe. It can happen again. The world has had its first taste of genuine peace. We must all demand it remain. Actually, the core responsibility for these atrocities is equally socially corrupt politicians, and morally corrupt religious leaders. It is undeniable that BOTH the Serbian Orthodox leaders AND the KLA mullahs have failed their flocks. Both are condoning "religion by gun", or this conflict would never have reached tit-for-tat levels of cruelty. Both of their "moral manuals" (Bible, Koran) clearly state that human life is God's most precious creation, and must be respected. The clear message of both ancient texts is that communities must honor God by living in peace and harmony. Since both parties saw fit to exterminate each other's babies, in "the name of God", perhaps both of the primary religious leaders should be taken to the Hague as well, for neglecting their primary professional and moral responsibilities. The same with Israel and Palestine. Neither side of that conflict is demonstrating theological understanding. Their religion has failed them both, except to provide an "excuse" for slaughter. Palestinians are "pretending" to have historical ethnicity, but Israelis are "pretending" to have learned a lesson from the greatest genocide in modern times by carrying on Krystallnacht programmes instead of moral leadership. None of this childishness pleases any God yet defined or pondered, except perhaps the fallen dark angel. All the Israelis and Palestinians have demonstrated is a religious apocrypha; piety and love of violence, a social disease. Shameful. How can Rabbis and Mullahs support this conflict and delude themselves with heavenly approval?
